Industrial Engineering primarily is concerned with material flow optimization and personnel interfaces. The objective is to minimize the cost of performing any given task. This can be accomplished by reducing the steps in the process, minimizing the inventory and rework / waste and the selection of better manufacturing tools.
Several of our engineers have worked in the automotive markets to help debottleneck systems and improve flow, design of ergonomic tooling, and special machining are within our capabilities.
